Game and image pipeline

Brainrot Arena, and the pipeline that keeps three hundred characters consistent
A collectible card game about internet culture: around three hundred character cards, statuses and combo loops, a duel engine in Godot, and a playable build. I co-design the systems, the interface and the art direction, and I built the generative pipeline that gives the whole cast one style.
- 300character cards in the current set
- Godot 4.4duel engine, event bus, i18n, tests
- Playabledesktop build, playable today

The game
Each character has a personality, an effect and a place in a combo loop. The board, the hand and a card raised to read its effect are the whole interface: everything the player needs to decide sits on one screen.

In play, in the Godot build, and the starting hand at the mulligan.

Image: one cast, one style
Making one good AI image is easy. Making the three hundredth character look like it belongs with the first is the real problem. A style bible written as a prompt sets the palette, the framing and the set pieces for each character. To pull the whole cast toward one style, I trained a LoRA with kohya on DreamShaper 8 from around three hundred curated images, served through ComfyUI's API from a script, so a new character is a command line, not a session.

Video: a three-minute music video, shot by shot
An animated title sequence in three colours. Recraft draws each shot with the palette locked, an edit model recasts the same character into every frame, and each shot is animated from a start frame to an end frame. I ran Kling 2.5, Kling 3 and Seedance 1.5 on the same shot before choosing. Thirty-three shots and nine morphs, assembled to the track by a script, every image logged with its exact prompt, seed and settings.

Six of the thirty-three start frames, before animation.
